We do not accept payments directly. As a portal for the best flower products and deals on the web we do not take orders directly but put you in touch with top online florists who process your orders. Your contract is with the retailer and not Flowersssimply.
You have an opportunity to print a VAT receipt at the end of the order process. If you have forgotten to do this email the retailer you ordered your flowers from and they will be pleased to email or post you a duplicate.

With the exception of funeral flowers which for obvious reasons have to be delivered at a specified time, our flower partners are unable to guarantee or offer a delivery time due to the demands placed upon their flower delivery drivers. If your order is placed a few days beforehand, our flower partners will try to deliver at a requested time but cannot guarantee this. Please detail any preferences on the special delivery section of the order, and they will do their up most to try to accommodate for your request. Please remember that this is a preference, and they cannot guarantee or be committed to any specific delivery time.
To guarantee freshness the 'Value Range' is not delivered on Mondays. As the 'Value Range' is delivered by post your flowers would be kept in a non-refrigerated warehouse over the weekend to ensure a Monday delivery, which could cause your flowers to deteriorate prematurely. Therefore, the earliest day of the week you can expect delivery is Tuesday. In case of a Bank Holiday week the earliest delivery day would be Wednesday
Same day flowers are delivered via a network of local florists and the 'Value Range' via postal delivery unless you elect to pay the extra courier charge. Hamper and Chocolate Gifts are dispatched via Parcel Force and Baby Gifts by Business Post.
Flower deliveries are usually made by the florists/special delivery service between the hours of 9am and 5pm. Other gifts are delivered by courier/business post usually between 9am and 5pm. If there is a specific delivery requirement (i.e. delivery to a school before 3pm) please detail this on the special delivery section of the order, and our flower partners will do their up most to try to accommodate your request. During busy periods and florist half-day closing, these delivery times may differ slightly, and our flower partners reserve the right to deliver up until 8pm in exceptional occasions. Please note the contract is between yourself and the retailer you choose. Flowersssimply is not liable for any issues with orders or deliveries. Please contact your chosen retailer directly.
FLOWERS - As the flowers that you send may be a surprise, it is inevitable that in some cases the recipient may not be available to accept their flowers at the address you have provided.If this is the case, the flower delivery driver will endeavor to try one of the following alternatives. Leave your flower delivery either with a neighbour or in a safe place at the address. If this is not possible, the florist delivery driver shall try to deliver the flowers to the address later in the day. If it has not been possible to deliver the flowers, the florist's driver will leave a calling card to advise the recipient of the action taken, the whereabouts of the flowers and/or the shop's contact name and telephone number. When contacted by the recipient,the florist delivery driver will arrange re-delivery for the same day if possible, next day or an agreed day (of the recipient's choosing)
BABYWEAR BOUQUETS - If the person is not at home a card will be left so they can arrange re-delivery with Business Post.
HAMPERS & CHOCOLATE GIFTS - If the person is not at home re-delivery will be attempted by Parcelforce the next working day. If no one is there to receive delivery on the second day, a card will be left with the local depot's details for the recipient to collect.
The prices shown for all flowers and gifts on our site have STANDARD DELIVERY included. Depending on the product range and retailer you choose there may be opportunity to select an alternative delivery method at an extra charge e.g. same day delivery.
