Ordering

Can I add a personal message with flowers or gifts?

Yes, you are able to provide a personal message to accompany your flowers or gifts. This is part of the checkout procedure online or you can dictate your message to us personally if you are ordering over the telephone.
Can I order flowers which aren't shown online?

Yes, you can order a customised bouquet or a specific funeral flower tribute by calling us on 0845 388 2193 (+44 1766 530610). We will be pleased to help.
Can I send flowers anonymously?

Yes, you can send a message without your name on. However we do ask for your contact details for our records and to ensure that we can reach you if there is a problem or query with your order.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Maestro and Solo cards.
How do I get a VAT receipt for the order I placed?

You have an opportunity to print a VAT receipt at the end of the order process. If you have forgotten to do this we will be pleased to email or post you a duplicate.

Security

Is your site secure?

Yes! all areas of the site that require you to enter any personal details are encrypted. Depending on your browser, this encryption should be confirmed by the presence of a padlock icon either in the address bar or in the status bar.
How can I be sure my details are safe?

All transactions are encrypted using the latest SSL technology, so any information you enter into our site cannot be viewed or intercepted. We never store and credit card details on our servers. Card information is only entered at our payment pages which are hosted by Secure Trading who operate one of the most sophisticated and secure payment gateways available. All our systems are scanned byMcAfee Secure hacker safe scanning service to ensure our system security meets Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security standards.
What is a "Cookie"?

Nothing to worry about!. A cookie is a small file containing information about your session which can be used to remember information about you - for example if you visit our site again, your address is remembered to save you having to enter it again.

Privacy

What do you do to protect my privacy?

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, telephone number and email address. Your personal details are not be sold, exchanged, transferred or given to any third party whatsoever without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased products.
Why am I getting junk mail from one of your e-mail addresses?

We never send out unsolicited emails to anyone. Occasionally, we might send out an e-mail relating to an order you have placed or - if you have elected to receive them - promotional emails or news. You can cancel this at any time. We have had instances where one of our e-mail addresses has been used to spam people with material unrelated to our site. This has been done without our consent or knowledge and has been reported. If this does happen to you we should be advised so we can report it accordingly.

Delivery

Can you deliver at a specified time?

With the exception of funeral flowers which for obvious reasons have to be delivered at a specified time, we unable to guarantee or offer a delivery time due to the demands placed upon our flower delivery drivers. If your order is placed a few days beforehand, we will try to deliver at a requested time but we cannot guarantee this. Please detail any preferences on the special delivery section of the order, and we will do our up most to try to accommodate for your request. Please remember that this is a preference, and we cannot guarantee or be committed to any specific delivery time.
Why don't you deliver your 'Value' Range on Mondays?

To guarantee freshness we do not deliver our 'Value Range' on Mondays. As our 'Value Range' is delivered by special courier delivery your flowers would be kept in a non-refrigerated warehouse over the weekend to ensure a Monday delivery, which could cause your flowers to deteriorate prematurely. Therefore, the earliest day of the week we can deliver is Tuesday. In case of a Bank Holiday week the earliest delivery day would be Wednesday
How are orders delivered?

We deliver our same day flowers via our network of local florists and our 'Value Range' via our specialist flower delivery courier service. Our Hamper and Chocolate Gifts are dispatched via Parcel Force and our Baby Gifts by Business Post.
What time will the flowers or gift be delivered?

Flower deliveries are usually made by our florists/special delivery service between the hours of 9am and 5pm. Other gifts are delivered by courier/business post usually between 9am and 5pm. If there is a specific delivery requirement (i.e. delivery to a school before 3pm) please detail this on the special delivery section of the order, and we will do our up most to try to accommodate your request. During busy periods and florist half-day closing, these delivery times may differ slightly, and we reserve the right to deliver up until 8pm in exceptional occasions.
What if the recipient is not available to accept the delivery?

FLOWERS - As the flowers that you send may be a surprise, it is inevitable that in some cases the recipient may not be available to accept their flowers at the address you have provided.If this is the case, our flower delivery driver will endeavor to try one of the following alternatives. Leave your flower delivery either with a neighbour or in a safe place at the address. If this is not possible, the florist delivery driver shall try to deliver the flowers to the address later in the day. If it has not been possible to deliver the flowers, the florist's driver will leave a calling card to advise the recipient of the action taken, the whereabouts of the flowers and/or the shop's contact name and telephone number. When contacted by the recipient, our florist delivery driver will arrange re-delivery for the same day if possible, next day or an agreed day (of the recipient's choosing)

BABYWEAR BOUQUETS - If the person is not at home a card will be left so they can arrange re-delivery with Business Post.

HAMPERS & CHOCOLATE GIFTS - If the person is not at home re-delivery will be attempted by Parcelforce the next working day. If no one is there to receive delivery on the second day, a card will be left with the local depot's details for the recipient to collect.
How much is your delivery charge?

All of our flowers & gifts include delivery there are no hidden charges. What you see is what you pay.
