Delivery

UK Flower Delivery - Delivery Days Bouquets - Monday to Saturday. Same Day Delivery available Monday-Friday by local florist if ordered before 12:00pm* Value Range - Tuesday - Saturday. Next Day Delivery available by courier if ordered before 12:00pm* Unfortunately flower deliveries are not possible on Sundays or UK Bank Holidays (Mothers Day excepted). If you require a special delivery at these times please contact us and we may be able to organise this for you with 2-3 days notice for an extra charge. * Some very remote areas of Scotland, Wales, NI and some islands may take longer to deliver to therefore we may not be able to undertake same day/next day deliveries in these areas. We will contact you directly if this applies.

Delivery Times

• Flower deliveries are usually made by our florists/special delivery service between the hours of 9am and 5pm. Other gifts are delivered by courier/business post usually between 9am and 5pm.
• Sorry we cannot guarantee specific times or am/pm requests although we will try our very best. If a specific time is critical we may be able to arrange this for you at an additional cost.

Funeral Orders

• 48 working hours notice is required for funeral orders. Please specify the time of the funeral and full details of the funeral home to where the flowers are to be delivered.

• Please note your flower and gift orders will arrive separately when delivered to the same address. Flowers are delivered by your local florist/special delivery service and gifts are despatched via courier/business post.
• Orders placed after 12 midday on Friday are processed on Monday and delivered Tuesday.
• Unfortunately we are unable to deliver gifts on a Sunday.

Babywear Bouquets

• Next Day delivery by Business post Monday - Friday if ordered by 12pm.
• We are unable to deliver to a maternity ward as many hospitals no longer accept deliveries for patients.
• We recommend delivery directly to the recipients home which will mean a wonderful surprise when they return from hospital.

Gift Towers & Wine boxes

• 2 working days is needed to process and deliver your order e.g. an order placed on Monday will be delivered on Wednesday by Parcelforce Worldwide.
• Delivery - Monday to Friday if ordered by 12 midday

Delivery Addresses

• Please bear in mind that flowers are perishable items. Do ensure the correct delivery address, including postcode and contact details are provided to ensure there are no delays with your delivery.
• If the address is a work address please indicate the times the recipient will be available at that address, or if a private address when we are likely to find them at home.
• Should the person not be at home we will attempt to deliver to a neighbour or leave a card informing them a delivery has been attempted.
• With regard to hospitals, offices, ships and hotels please give as much information as possible e.g. ward name/number. The signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation will be accepted as proof of delivery. Do check beforehand that hospitals will in fact take deliveries.
• If an attempted delivery fails due to wrong details we will need to charge additional costs to re-deliver
• We will do our utmost to deliver to your recipient or leave with a neighbour but if the recipient is not at home, is away or the address cannot be found unfortunately we are unable to make a refund.

Babywear Bouquets

• If the person is not at home a card will be left so they can arrange re-delivery with Business Post.
• Deliveries will be attempted twice after which time if no response is received a re-delivery charge of £4.00 may be incurred.
• If no response is received 5 days after the second card is left the goods will be returned and a re-delivery charge of £4.95 will be incurred.

Gift Towers & Wine Boxes

• If the person is not at home re-delivery will be attempted by Parcelforce the next working day.
• If no one is there to receive delivery on the second day, a card will be left with the local depot's details for the recipient to collect.
• If not collected within 21 days the items will be returned and a re-delivery charge will be incurred. We may also have to charge for any perishable items that have become unsuitable for sale.
• All deliveries will require a signature.
